KUSTOM KULTURE SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Many Kustom Kulture products are custom-made to order. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary depending on the product, customization requested, and current order volume. Any estimated turnaround time provided for your order begins after all required photos, wording, sizes, and customization details have been received.

Shipping Rates
Current U.S. shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping — $8.00
• Express Shipping — $15.00
• FREE Shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more

Shipping options and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

Please Note: Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the shipping/transit portion of your order; it does not necessarily shorten the time required to design or produce a custom item.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect the estimated delivery date.

Digital Products
Ebooks, templates, vendor resources, and other digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical product will be mailed unless specifically stated in the product description.
