Customers are responsible for providing accurate photos, names, dates, wording, sizes, colors, and other customization details. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. Once production or design work has begun, changes may not be possible.

DESIGN & COLOR VARIATIONS
Colors displayed on phones, computers, and other screens may vary slightly from the finished product. Placement, sizing, and appearance may also vary slightly due to the handmade and customized nature of our products.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
By submitting photos, logos, wording, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have permission to use the materials for the requested purpose. You are responsible for the content you submit.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Ebooks, templates, vendor resources, downloads, and other digital products are intended for the purchaser’s personal or permitted business use. Unless specifically stated otherwise, digital products may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, or claimed as your own.

PRICING & ORDERS
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable materials, or requests we cannot fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Kustom Kulture is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
