Having a larger event? Additional shirts can be added to the Premium Package.

There is no 40-shirt maximum as long as the additional quantity is arranged and paid for in advance.

This is where I would start your pricing. Your blank costs $4.25, so at $15 you're left with $10.75 before the DTF transfer and your labor/overhead. I wouldn't use the $8–$12 Onesie add-on price for adult shirts.

If guests will be choosing individual names, numbers, titles, or other personalized information rather than using the standard event designs, additional charges apply.

Additional Service Time

$75 per additional hour

Additional time should be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.

🎨 HOW THE T-SHIRT STATION WORKS

Before your event, we'll work with you to determine the event theme, shirt quantities, sizes, colors, and design options.

At your event:

1. CHOOSE IT
Guests choose from the available designs.

2. PRESS IT
Kustom Kulture professionally heat-presses the selected design onto their T-shirt right at the event.

3. ROCK IT
Your guest leaves with a custom-made shirt and a keepsake from your celebration!

👕 T-SHIRT SIZES

A final quantity and size breakdown must be provided before your event.

Available sizes are based on inventory and should be confirmed when booking.

Specialty sizes, youth sizes, extended adult sizes, specialty shirt colors, or specialty garments may have an additional charge.

This protects you because a 3XL/4XL shirt or specialty color may cost you more than your normal $4.25 blank.

📌 IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

Your final T-shirt quantity, size breakdown, shirt colors, and approved design selections are required at least 5 days before the event.

The T-Shirt Station requires enough space for our equipment and supplies, along with access to a safe, working electrical outlet.

For outdoor events, a properly covered/shaded setup area is required. We cannot operate heat-press equipment in rain or unsafe weather conditions.

Package pricing includes the number of shirts stated in the package. Additional shirts must be purchased separately and arranged before the event.

Unused shirts included in a package are not redeemable for cash or refunds.

Custom artwork, logos, photographs, individual names/numbers, specialty garments, extended sizes, additional service time, travel, and other special requests may result in additional charges.

💳 BOOKING & PAYMENT

Your date is not secured until the required booking payment has been received.

Because shirts, transfers, designs, and supplies are prepared specifically for your event, T-Shirt Station bookings are final once production has begun.

Final quantities and customization information must be submitted by the required deadline.

Rush changes may result in additional fees and cannot always be accommodated.
